• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, browser type, IP address, and device information.
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.
• Founder Network Messages: If you are a Founder plan member, the messages you send to and receive from other members through the platform, when they were sent and read, and any reports you file about a conversation.
• Job Applications: If you apply through our HIRING NOW page, your full name, email address, country, the CV (PDF) you upload, the consents you gave, the date of your application, and the country detected from your IP address.
• Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process transactions and manage your subscription.
• Send you service-related communications, updates, and promotional materials (with your consent where required).
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Deliver Founder Network messages between members and notify you by email when another member messages you.
• Keep the community safe: when a conversation is reported, our team reviews the full conversation and may contact the members involved to enforce our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Review job applications, assess candidates, and contact applicants about the role. CVs are stored privately, can be opened only by our administrator, and each viewing is logged.
• Monitor and analyze usage to improve functionality and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics, subject to confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below, subject to certain legal obligations.

Founder Network messages are visible only to the two members in the conversation (and to our team when a conversation is reported). They are kept while both accounts are active and are deleted when either member's account is deleted. Records of reported conversations may be kept as long as needed to resolve the report and meet legal obligations.

Job applications and CVs are kept for 1 month from the date of application and then automatically deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. When your application is deleted we send you an email letting you know; if you are still interested, you may apply again. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your application at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Support Access. To resolve a technical issue you report to us, our support staff may need to access your account data. We do this only with your consent, only to the extent necessary to diagnose and fix the issue, and such access is logged.

6. Children's Privacy

Unicornin60.tech is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Job Applicants (Recruitment)

This section applies if you apply for a role through our HIRING NOW page. The controller of your data is Topchiyska Enterprises LLC (Unicornin60.tech).

Scope of processed data. We process the personal data you provide in the recruitment form (full name, email address and country) and in your CV (PDF), together with the consents you gave, the date of your application and the country detected from your IP address.

Purposes and legal bases of processing. We process your personal data in order to carry out the recruitment process you applied for, on the basis of:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
• Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with our legal obligations;
• your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We do not keep your application for future recruitment processes.

Data recipients. Your application is accessed only by Topchiyska Enterprises LLC. It is stored and transmitted using our IT service providers — Supabase (database and private CV storage), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email) — under data processing agreements. Your CV is kept in private storage that only our administrator can open, and each viewing is logged. We do not sell or share your application with anyone else.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA.Topchiyska Enterprises LLC is based in the United States, and our IT service providers may process data there. Where your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we apply appropriate legal safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention period. Your application and CV are kept for 1 month from the date of your application and are then automatically and permanently deleted, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. When your application is deleted, we send you an email; if you are still interested, you may apply again.

Your rights. As a candidate, you have the right to:

• access your data;
• have it corrected;
• have it deleted;
• restrict its processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal);
• lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.

Voluntary provision of data. Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary to take part in the recruitment process — without it we cannot consider your application.
